Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but sometimes things just do not
work for you and we understand.  If you are not totally happy with your purchase, you have (7) days to return your item for a full refund or exchange, but REQUESTS for returns or exchanges must be made within (3) days of delivery, by calling or emailing us first, so that we can provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)#.
RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Sunglasses with obvious signs of use
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Returning or exchanging online purchases by mail is super easy. Here's what to do:

1. Repackage your purchase, making sure to include your proof of purchases, along with your order number, RMA#, name, address and telephone number.
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, so please ship back by USPS, UPS or FedEx and remember to insure your item, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow up to 30 days for credits to appear on your credit card statement.

It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process your return, once it's received in our office.  Remember, requests for returns or exchanges must be made within (3) days of delivery, by calling or emailing us first, so that we can provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)# and your package must be post-marked within 7 days of delivery to you.   Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.
